Camps and Clinics

Sport Specific Training
We currently offer sport specific training in several sports. Our sport specific camps focus on conditioning, skills, agility, flexibility, nutrition, and many other aspects that go into ensuring top peformance. Our coaches also offer personal coaching sessions in their respective disciplines. We currently offer coaching services for the following sports: cycling, basketball, pole vault, golf, and high jump.

Pre-season Conditioning Camps
We offer unique, pre-season sport specific strength, conditioning and agility camps. These camps are geared towards student athletes in
college and high school. Some camps may be offered for younger athletes as well. The camps are designed to give the athletes a competitive edge during the sports season by ensuring they are in top form while addressing sport specific skills and exercise. The camps are intense and intended for those individuals who want a headstart on their fitness and a jump on their competition.

Military, Police, and Fire Readiness Camps
These camps are designed for people who will be entering military service. They are designed to make sure you are in top form for the physical tests and training hardships that will take place in bootcamp and law enforcement trianing. These are intense sessions that will push you to your limit.
Additional Camps and Clinics
In addition to our pre-season conditioning and sport specific camps we offer a range of general conditioning and fitness camps throughout the year. These vary in length and intensity. The focus of each camp will vary. Some examples of camps we offer include but are not limited to: weightloss, general fitness conditioning, skills and agility, weightloss, military, fire, and police training readiness programs, children's fitness.
