Cycling/Multisport Training and Bike Positioning

The sport of cycling is unique in that it is a sport that melds man with machine in a way that no other sport does. Elite Athletics and Fitness recognizes that the first, and one of the most important steps to effective training on the bike is getting a proper positioning and fitting session. Improper positioning can cause all sorts of problems, from loss of power to repetitive motion injuries. Everyone who rides a bicycle will benefit from a professional positioning session.

Training Packages

At Elite Athletics and Fitness we combine custom designed training plans with one-on-one coaching to meet your individual goals. Whether you're a competitive athlete or a "weekend warrior", we can help you achieve your unique goals.

Performance Training Package

This is an excellent option for athletes who need to balance family and work commitments with a training schedule. This training plan package is also very effective for competitive athletes who are comfortable with this level of communication.

Elite Performance Training Package

This is our top level, elite training plan. Plan your racing season, peak for a specific event, and optimize your nutrition for peak performance throughout the season with your own custom designed sport-specific training plan. One-on-one coaching sessions are included to help you achieve your goals.

  • Consultation and Determination of fitness level – sport specific
  • Goal setting, short term and long term, and evaluation of goals
  • Training plan and nutritional guidance targeted to your goals
  • Twice monthly coaching sessions
  • Additional support between coaching sessions as needed
  • E-mail and phone support from your coach
  • $200 per month(3 month minimum)
  • Assessment
  • Consultation and Determination of fitness level
  • Goal setting - short term and long term, and evaluation of goals
  • Targeted training plan for specific race or ongoing fitness
  • Nutrition for optimum performance
  • Weekly coaching sessions
  • Additional support between scheduled coaching sessions
  • E-mail and phone support from your coach
  • $300 per month (3 month minimum)
